        same here. i love taking picture. lalthough i am using an old xperia in taking pictures. i'm still earning money so that i could buy a professional camera and distribute freely or sell those photos on the internet..cameras used by professional photographers are often pricey

    aside from being a hobby, photography can help you in earning residual income online. photographers may submit their photographs to some websites that sell photos. you may start a thread asking for any photographers here that are making money through selling photos online as well as their experience in selling their photos (e.g. is there any requirements set by the website when submitting photos for sale?)

      A lot of new cell phones produce pretty nice images. They aren't going to have the functionality, or resolution, or SLRs, but they are pretty nice for "small shots".

      You don't need a pro SLR. But the cheapest Nikon or Canon and have at it.

      Yeah, I'm aware of them, but you really don't make much money off it. Unless you're pretty famous/accomplished, money from photography is event/portrait/weddings.

      I won't. But I doubt it will be from my photography (or maybe a photo-based business).
