My dream is to go through a single webinar that does not feature any of the following:
- A high-energy host with the volume cranked up so loud it blows out the speakers, while the guest is low-energy and can barely be heard.
- Dropped calls that result in the host saying "I think we lost them."
- Strange echoes.
- Robot voice.
- The host waking up and realizing the guest's slides have not changed for 10 minutes.
- Inaudible call-in guests.
- One webinar couldn't mute the audience phones so you had dogs barking, kids yelling, sounds of traffic outside. Oy!
