        I agree with you Thom.
        James, I love a good political debate, but if my host says don't discuss politics, I'm going to respect his wishes. It shouldn't be a matter of "well,he's not enforcing the rules", but a matter of having the correct character.
        Like Sal said in a different thread, it is hard to even discuss the economy now a days without it being political, but it can be done.
        By the way, in the interest of full disclosure,I'm working on getting a forum up where political discussion is allowed.

    Basically James - the topics may be confused with politics, but what we are actually discussing in this forum is economics. This one is really political. There is quite a large thread that is left alone that goes over politics, natural disasters, prophecy, the whole nine yards - and that is where something like this belongs. Not sure where it is now - page two? Three? more? It's the nononsense thread and it was already several pages long before the rule was reinstated so it stays. It is a third sequel - the others got too long and heavy so we just make sequels when that happens.

    Can't remember the name of the last sequel - but it's by Indiana and probably says something about no-nonsense or a train wreck, something like that - quite a long thread. You'll know it when you see it.
