Hey Warriors,
I'm a small business owner who would like to use a employee time clock system. Either online, some software or an actual device or old school system.

I have 3 employees now and only need the actual service of checking in and checking out. Location would be nice too so I know they are in the office, even when im not.. but not necessary.

It does not have to be fancy or calculate tons of different payroll things...

Are there any free time clock systems that are basic and get the job done? has anybody used any of them?

Thanks for your creativity.

Hi Jessdombro, I recommend you to check out this tool Time Doctor that I believe could cater your needs on an employee time clock system. This tool does not only allows you to checking in and checking out but it also allows you to assure that employees are working during work hours and not just wasting time on unrelated to work activities. We also use this tool in our company, which tracks time accurately on real time and gives you a reading on exactly where time is spent. It even tracks websites and applications that actively being used.

In this case, I would suggest time clock software.

Yeah, there's plenty of decent free time clock programs, as evidenced by the ones people have linked here.

i recommend you only employ employees you can trust, then you can just ask them and see of they cross their fingers, or hold their breath when they answer, or plead the fifth...
