Hmm...looks like you're right. I found several sources that believe the quotes were incorrectly attributed to Lincoln because he was quoted on one side of a leaflet and Boetcker's words on the other side. People thought Lincoln was the source of all the words and it snowballed.

Now I have to fix my quotes file.
