CNN reports that most of those bonuses were paid out to people who do not live in the United States (many live in London, England), and the U.S. has no authority to tax foreigners. So the U.S. will be lucky to get even 46% of it back through heavy taxation or the recipients actually returning the money themselves. (Good luck with that!)

So that 90% tax on those bonuses was pretty much just hot air that they KNEW wouldn't do the trick when it was passed and enacted...they just wanted us to think they were actually doing something...

And the hits just keep on coming...

      As for the door it doesn't matter.
      They are convinced it's where they're walking into the wall and won't use it anyways.

    Ha, yeah. Those are the people who should really perfect the 'walking through walls' abilities...maybe it's the same idiots who posted the videos of themselves trying to do that on youtube...

    As for my user name, let's just say there's some really happy ladies out there. One of them actually gave me a gold star! (She was a school teacher.)

      Nope, sorry, Valerie, I wasn't born in 69, but I remember having a LOT of good times back in '69. And a lot of women remember having a LOT of good times with me back then, too!

      It's a shame you weren't one of them...you'd know why I deserved a gold star! :p
