            What kind of logic is that, Joe? If parents don't want their kids to be drug addicts, rapists, murderers, alcholics and so on, they should also be better parents?

            It's not ALL on the parents. Blaming them for everything excuses those who share responsibility in creating unwanted behavior.

            Frankly, I'm a little tired of everybody throwing a tornado of manure at kids and then blaming the parents when the kids smell funny.
