I just learned about this documentary. Seems intriguing. Anyone see it?

  • Funny - 60 minutes did a story on Rodriquez and this movie tonight...it took him 40 years to be an overnight sensation :rolleyes:

    It's always been funny also how an artist like this can be "bigger than Elvis or The Beatles" in one far off country - and an unknown in his own country...

    But then again, I always wondered what the Germans saw in David Hasslehoff

    He may get lucky and catch the eye of another Rodriguez (Robert) he has the look and the "El Mariachi" enigma - look for a movie coming up starring Danny Trejo or Lou Diamond Phillips :rolleyes:

      If you didn't tell me I wouldn't have known being in another part of the world and not having a TV. But, miracle of miracles, I could watch it on the Internet in Canada without it being blocked the way so many US videos are:
