Yes, it looks like he carries a lot of that weight on his face. That reminds me of a video I saw recently of a 600 pound Sumo wrestler vs. a much lighter MMA fighter. Not exactly an action-packed fight, but interesting nonetheless.

I can't understand how anyone can eat that much to get like that picture. Even if you can eat that much, all your money would go for food.
