Hi there,
Just wanted to say hello to everyone and make acquaintance with the forum members. I am new around here. I hope to learn as I go along, but any help would be welcome. This is a very big place, and it is a bit daunting at first glance. The name is Nick, Nick Senon. Thanks for reading.

      I have lived here for about 50 years... Spanish father you see... As for the economy...well lets say that currently it is a chance to buy property at a good price if you have the money to spare. The economy is not very bright at the moment. As with the Greeks, the politicians have run the country in to the present state. The tourist business is working well.... If you do anything in Spain, check the laws first, as you would not be the first to run in to some sticky situations... "Spain is different"

    Welcome and stick around because the W.F. is well worth your time for you to learn some fantastic new skills and techniques for running a successful online business.

    My main tip would be to have a good look round first and find all the well respected and senior members who know exactly what they are talking about and learn from them.

    Just enjoy it, ask questions, share your experiences and get stuck in!
