ouch part 2
police have been in to tell us they are laying no charges
the ute driver is heading for a full recovery from his neck injury and will be home for xmas
one leg is causing some concern, but looking better. the other is ready to tango. im on the inside until, at least, the new year
moved into a 4 bed ward, better but...they are all tv addicts and i usually only watch sport. kim dot com is still in the news and he is very popular here. the all blacks beat scotland
one of my fellow inmates is a lesser known opera singer and he is giving us singing lessons. in return we are teaching him the ukelele. another reads 5 different newspapers a day and expects us to make suitable comments and he wont give me just the sporting pages now.
catching up on reading and listening, liked rod stewart's autobiography. listening to lots of australian music, from 70s to mid 80s, pub rock rules. see there is yet another lennon book out, waiting to check that out. the other guy is a metal connoisseur, good to listen in small doses
strange to have no appointments and schedule. sometimes i get so bored i have to think, but usually it is a passing phase
a few visitors, obviously the novelty hasnt worn off yet.every single one of them walk in, look at me, then ask how i am feeling. the food is ok, service is good and its all free
