Titan, a supercomputer which is 10 times more powerful than the last lab machine is now world's most powerful supercomputer...Please read more at the link below:

This is amazing news, if I have a supercomputer I'd be the coolest guy on earth and I can play online games without any problem. LMAO

  100 Trillion calculations a second, makes you drool at what it could do with virtual reality.
  
  The last Star fighter, used a Cray and the most complex scenes did, about 20 Billions calculations a second and took an hour or two per frame, (20 frames per second)!
  
  So, this one could probably produce a near photo realistic landscape someone could walk though and interact with, with a data glove, etc. :p
  
  I'd, better start saving up the 20-30 million!

You know, they say it can do so many petaflops per second. ***********DUH************ They have been doing such thgs for thousands of years. What I would like to see is how fast it can do ONE complicated operation! People have been lulled into the idea that say something that can build a million homes in a month can build a 30th in a day, and that is just not true.

As I have often said, 9 women can NOT have a child in 1 month! Of course, it IS possible for them to have 9+ babies in 9 months.
