  • Happy Thanksgiving Warriors!

We do have so much to be thankful for!

Don't know the menu (son and GF cooking) at my Mom's (89th Thanksgiving)

    I made whole cranberry/orange sauce *
    and mashed sweet potatoes

    * this is the best thing I have ever eaten I think - my son's GF's grandmother's recipe. I put it on EVERYTHING and made 2 lbs of cranberries.

Just substitute fresh squeezed orange juice for half the water, orange zest, 1/2 stevia (botanical sweetener) and 1/2 organic, dehydrated cane juice (sugar) - boil it up and then reduce the heat for 10 minutes - you will hear the lovely, healthy cranberries popping - keep stirring and you are done.

    Have a blessed day!

  • Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!

  • Happy Thanksgiving back and to all the warrior members. Hope everyone has a fun filled laughable day with family and friends and associates.

Don't forget to get that exercise in Laughing helps burn calories but not enough to keep the weight off

I'm playing racquetball and riding bike in this nice weather today

What will you do to burn the calories? Wrestle with the kids and wear yourself out?

    Manny
