WHY don't they throw these jaywalkers in jail!?!?!?

OK, a few weeks ago, someone wrote of how someone said that they had signs saying where these guys and gals could cross the street. The problem was that the signs were always where there was a lot of traffic, and this person suggested putting the signs ELSEWHERE, so stupid people would be less likely to hit them.

We all had a good laugh at their expense! to THINK that these jaywalkers would see the signs, figure it out, and obey. SHE claimed that merely moving the signs would even get these guys to go to OTHER STATES to simply cross the street.

Well, today, I saw these guys and gals prancing around. They seemed to be having fun. I didn't see a SINGLE sign. But I DID see them, so I slowed down, and just watched. A bit after I passed the area, I saw one in my rear view mirror, as it crossed the street.

Maybe they need MORE signs. Hopefully some DRIVERS would at least notice.

BTW I didn't bother mentioning it at the beginning for affect, but the jaywalkers are deer.

I DID try to find ANOTHER video. Alas, it seems only ONE person is trying to do this. all the different videos have the same soundtrack!


And YEAH, I know this is funny. I just got a kick out of that deer family, and it reminded me of this woman.

    Frankly, I have to wonder about anyone even ACTING that dumb! Granted, it may have been put up by the station or the hosts, but STILL.....

    Yes...sad to say there really ARE people that stupid. They seem to have only about two operational brain cells. One says "breathe in" the other says "breathe out".

    All other actions can be attributed to involuntary muscle spasms I suppose.

    You know..... Just today, I heard the farm report, and the speaker was lamenting about how no country will accept US food. You know why? Want to guess?????? GMO!!!!! They said it is SCIENCE, and that they determined that they need to increase produstion 70% by 2050(or did they say 2015), and that that requires science.

    BULL!!!!!! ALL was lies!

    1. It isn't science. They haven't had time to test it!
    2. They DON'T need science! They have cut down on the use of land by like 50%(My home, where I am sitting now, sits on 8acres of MANY similar plots that USED to be farmland!)
    3. Just a couple days ago I read of places like china buying up land that COULD be used for farming, but HASN'T!
    4. They have land with useless crops.

    So they could probably TRIPLE worthwhile production with NO science outside of what they had 100 years ago. Of course, for various reasons, they are doing the opposite. Why farm land for YEARS to make maybe $50,000+ an acre over 10 years when you could sell it for realestate for $15,000+ NOW?

    So yeah, it is amazing. I wonder how long it will be before people feel the carrot/cancer theory is real. You know the theory. Most people that have cancer have had carrots, so carrots must cause cancer. It is just like the deer/sign theory! Deer tend to cross around signs, so signs cause deer crossings.

      Steve they threw real agriculture science out the window when GMO's where first introduced.
      The U.S.D.A. use to push a system called Integrated Pest Management. It was developed by Entomologist, Soil scientists, Agronomists, you know people who know a little about plants and plant pests. It was based on thresholds and degree days with a base in a healthy soil environment. The whole idea was that you cannot eliminate a pest, but you can control it and one way is to provide a healthy growing environment for the plant. Pesticides and fertilizers where still used, but as a last resort.

        Yeah, had the flip side sort of crap, around putting fluoride, etc into tap water for years. Or as noted scientists have said, there is no conclusive evidence a by product of Aluminum productions causes Alzheimers, (eventhough they have high concentrations of this metal in their brains)!

        Anyone with a brain, who doesn't have their hand in the till, would think, hmmm, maybe this chemical in the tap water over a long enough time frame is causing this!!!! :rolleyes:

        The same is true for mobile phones, no conclusive evidence, eventhough a couple of mobile phones can cause a reaction in popcorn!!!! Duh!!!

        It is probably likely that excessive use is causing the user some damage, and long term use, may be causing irreversible, serious damage!!!

        Sorry about getting off thread, but this sort of crap, p*** me off! They should get one of these people to take care of an Alzheimer's patient for a week. After cleaning up after them, and trying to find them, etc. They might realize that using common sense, instead of handouts, is a better choice!

        I can guarantee that they wouldn't drink it!!!

      Wow - I didn't realize you were going to try to compete with her.

      GMO's haven't been testing in the US - that has been publicized. In other countries test after test is turning up very profound cancers, with irrefutable evidence of what caused it. There's no guessing. In the US they have had time to test it.........and some independents have, but nothing that anyone with "Official" status will accept. You see - over here YOU are the experiment. An independent research firm also proved that Monsanto was killing the bees. The OFFICIAL word? Monsanto bought the company out and silenced the findings.

        WOW, OK! Tested or not, I meant that even if they wanted to, they could not have proved it was safe. SURE, some things could prove problems. Safety is ANOTHER thing entirely!

        You develop a food, and feed it to ten people. If all die, especially if it is quickly, the food was probably poison. If they live to be 90+, it proves NOTHING! What if they had kids? Would they be deformed like the thalidimide babies?(Obvious and quickly seen) Would they be deformed like the DES ones?(hidden and taking perhaps well over a decade to even suspect something was wrong).

        As for competing wit the woman, that is unfair and uncalled for. Yeah, I don't trust ANY food, drug, etc... HECK, I got a snack once and kind of got suckered into it, and forgot to read it. otis spunkmeyer muffins. They have ALUMINUM in them. I stopped as soon as I found out. Even the reeses wafer bars have aluminum. MAN, it is like they WANT to feed us this garbage.

        As for the bees? It figures. Bees, unfortunately, are sensitive to pesticides, and the GMO plants have things like that, and bees concentrate it. What of the HONEY?

      I wonder how long she was in the car! What would have happened if the cellphone were dead? YEAH, I know, some USB connectors facilitate charging and powering, etc.... but did SHE know that?

    Well = all the rats they fed it to died. It's specially formulated to explode the stomachs of things that eat it. Um...but it might be okay for us. Whatever. It makes soil and the ecosystems pretty baron outside of superweeds, too - and that should be enough right there to tell us something is not right with it.

      Interesting! Without going to religion..... If they believe in god, they should feel that maybe they shouldn't tinker. If they believe all was SOLELY evolution, they must believe that we have enough similarities that something that hurts a rat could hurt us.

      Frankly, stomachs tend to do the same thing in much the same way, and the basis for tissue is much the same, so they shouldn't accept such tests.

      Just a couple weeks ago I was talking to a guy at a health food store. He mentioned bovine based glandulars. It could have been very close to the nervous system, so I said that maybe the should switch to porcine. SUPPOSEDLY, TSE in sheep can NOT spread to humans. It CAN spread to COWS though! And it can THEN spread from cows to humans! porcine(PIGS) are a popular similar tissue for humans but supposedly such things can't be transmitted from them. porcine tissue is also used in tissue heart valves for humans. BTW, in cows, TSE is called Mad cow. In humans, it is called Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease.

      Anyway, I mused to him about how sheep with the disease, and the entire herd they were with, used to be isolated and ******BURNED******! I mean burned to charcoal, so NOTHING survives. TODAY, they do all they can to hide it in cows, and just try to keep the nervous system separate from the meat. After all, there aren't any nerve in muscles, and it isn't like they have the same blood supply or something. And cows can't catch diseases from other cows, RIGHT.
