Help With Payment Method

I am from a country where Paypal is restricted, and i need to buy an important arsenal for my marketing. Unfortunately, their only payment processor is paypal. I need suggestion / help / any method, to be able to purchase this item.

Please if you know any authentic site or service that will help me out, i will highly appreciate if stated.

You can find someone who can pay for you, after that you can send the payment to that person. just an idea...
