    I agree with alot of them, but I cant call Malmsteen a douche... he's just theatrical, he does it in spite of himself, intentionally... Now as far as John Mayor goes... yeah he goes overboard on the facial expressions, it isnt tongue in cheek with him, it's just plain posing...and it comes across as less than authentic. The proof is in the pickin man, let your playin do the talkin. It feels good, but it doesnt feel THAT good...lol C'mon.

    I sincerely think BB King is genuine and probably really believes that it's all about holdin your mouth right.

    I saw Cheap Trick open for KISS around '76. I don't think Rick Nielsen is up there skill-wise with some of the others, but they were a great live band.

    Actually I get the semi dive bomb effect without using one by bending the string way up, then striking, usually with a harmonic, and releasing back down. Sounds just as cool. Also hit harmonics and bend the neck a little here and there tastefully... I can live without tremolo, its good to have but some people use it as a crutch.
