A bunch of EVIL guys landed ready to take over the planet, and kill his friends, so he took out a grenade and threw it blowing up all the bad guys!

As you can imagine, the teachers must have been AWE STRUCK by this kid saving the planet. Did they host a parade? Cheer? NOPE! They SUSPENDED him!

7-year-old playing an imaginary game at school gets suspended for real | KDVR.com – Denver News, Weather & Sports from FOX 31 News in Denver, Colorado

BTW the school rules did NOT say IMAGINARY! They said "PLAY"!!!!!! WHO would be against IMAGINARY?

BTW this is a song said to go back to the 15th century, and was sung by the German resistance. Of course THAT was in german. HERE, it is mostly english. "Die Gedanken sind frei"(the thoughts are free)

People need to get their kids out of public schools at all costs until they can reign them in again. This is just scary out of control.

The kid's hilarious - says he was "dispended" from school.

But - the school isn't allowed to present their side of the story to the press and their statement says there were discipline problems and the suspension was not for the issue being given.

It makes a good story - but I'm not sure it's the whole truth. Hope we find out sometime what the whole story is.

Perhaps we're not getting the whole story - the media so rarely do their job any more.

What I think is not in question is that any elementary grade school teacher should have the training to channel the boy's imagination and creativity into something more appropriate to avoid upsetting the always angry, intolerant, and irrational control freaks on the extreme left.

Well, there are so many CRAZY things that have been done that are ALMOST(I am being VERY free with this modifier. Maybe I should have said "every bit".) as crazy, that a teacher says is THE reason. This isn't much of a stretch given that.

I'm skeptical because the video itself is obviously an "after the fact" re-enactment. It's a kid saying "all I did was...." and that may not be the whole story.

Enough of this kind of thing is going on that I'm inclined more to believe the kid than the school system. I dealt with putting a school admin out of business once and they are evil little *******s when their power and authority is being questioned.

In the late 80's a school system in MI was strip searching kids for cigarettes. I found out when one of the kids started skipping school so I talked to him about why and and told me. Got the victims together with a reporter from the Detroit Free Press (back when we HAD investigative reporters and free presses). Found out that one boy was fondled by the principle - and he had one little girl around 15 strip searched right in front of him. It was horrible. They all lost their jobs when it hit the public. But they vacillated between outright lies and statements that they had the "power" to do so if they wished. A direct quote was "we have more power than the police". Scary as hell. Had I ever had kids - I'd be watching like a hawk and pulling them out without a minute's notice if something fishy went on.

The school's story on this kid came out and according to them he was doing something similar to what he did on the video...but was throwing rocks rather than "air".

Still didn't seem like a suspension problem to me but don't know if there people near those rocks either.

Little boys love to throw rocks - I know that from experience. Used to take my boys to a nearby picnic area along a creek where they could throw rocks in the water to their heart's content.

Well, I never did, and don't know of anyone ELSE that did. Then again, throwing them in water is DIFFERENT. Many don't think of fish, etc...

And you may never know if they teachers are telling the truth as they feel it, let alone the truth.
