Should i get the 21.5 or 27 inch iMac?

Im planning on purchasing the new iMac very soon, and wanted to hear from those who own them which screen size should I get? Im going to be using it alot for video editing and some photoshop editing. Thanks!

    In our Startup Business Team, we have all 27 Inches, as our Investors allowed us.

    They are just great, the screen is really brigth and you cant go wrong with them.

    IF you will be doing a lot of photo/video editing as you said, you can go very well with the 27 which will give you a little boost compared to the 21.5.

    Go with the 27 inch - for the price it's not worth NOT getting a 27 inch one (It's around $400 more give or take, right?)

    They seriously kick ass, I will be upgrading to one soon.

    Mike trust me! GET THE 27Inch! I use one at work and home and at home i have even hooked it up to my xbox and play xbox live on the screen Its great for watching movies too.

    Word of caution though it is incredibly bright and you will need to regulate your lighting situation at home to ensure you don't get eye strain. You could always turn the brightness down but for me as a designer its a problem. I need to see true colours.

    I agree, get the 27". I got a 27" iMac last year and couldn't be happier. I also got a 24" dual monitor from New-Egg on top of that. It's amazing.

    This is especially true since what you're doing is so visual-intensive.
