My wife and I are constantly cleaning our place and it is quite a work-out, so I don't find this idea so controversial:

The one thing that makes the article's premise even more questionable than other other aspects of it is that the original source was the New York Times, definitely an unreliable news source that often fails to correct factual errors, even after massive documentation discredits it, eg:
