You've come to the right place and it sounds like you have your head on straight.
Don't over load yourself with trying to do too many things at once.

Find something you're good at and enjoy, stick with it,
then do it over and over again!

Welcome! Just find a method and stick with it until you profit.

Welcome! Just a tip though..

Most people are professionals here. Your posts in this forum are a direct reflection of the type of person you are. If you can't write, many people won't take you seriously. Your post is littered with infractions of basic writing rules. The sooner you start treating ALL your IM efforts as a business action, to include posts in this forum, the sooner your mind will start to adapt to the fact that you are a professional too. I'm not being a smartass either. I'm letting you know that if you want to make it in IM, you're competing against people that live, eat, and breath this stuff. It's engrained in their everyday life. Start reading and absorbing as much as you can and you'll begin to get an idea of what the right path for you will be. Hope this helps, and good luck!

Welcome to the forum,

My advise is to not spend any money until you are more familiar with this industry. You can always spend money later.

Look hard at this forum and all of the different discussion sections.

Don't take any wooden nickles.

When you see anything for $X Now & $X Later that is a trial offer. Example: Try it for a week (limited time offer) and later you pay a different fee (usually the full fee) and that can be any amount. Read the details very carefully.

Also, if you can not get in contact with any company before you make a purchase > avoid them like the wooden nickles.

You can do all that right here. Pretty much everything you need to know is on this forum. Use the search and only go elsewhere in the rare case you can't find the info. here.

It's easy to get lost and lose money in this IM world if you don't know what you are doing. Read, read, read. Beware of an information overload. Pick a niche and stick with it.

Hey Wilfred, welcome to WF. Think of your skills and then of a service you could offer - be it copywriting, design, blog commenting or whatever. Something simple and quick-to-start would give you confidence and in-flow of money to start with. Good luck.
