Sorry It should be "things that you can't sleep without it" Okay, I can't sleep without hugging my body-sized pillow. Because I dream of it as my crush hugging her and kissing her

. lol! Yes! I kiss my pillow every night before I sleep!

I need to check the latest sports news and update my site.. If i don't or if i'm to drunk or tired ill always wake up after a few hours sleep and run to my office.. yeah i know it's wacky.. but thats what it take to run the best sports news site in the world!

A woman who is more masculine than I am.

  Me too. I like the white noise.
  
  Sometimes I turn on an evp recorder and wake up in the morning to check it, and see if there are voices in my room, due to suffering from severely apophenic tendencies.

What's the thing you can't sleep with?

In accordance to my wife's contract... which systematically governs the safety and well being of my manhood... the answer is:

Other women!

Seriously though, I cannot sleep (well) with or without several things...

-Knowing my children are safe
-My wife
-My wife's snoring (impart why I am an insomniac)
-A project I set a deadline to finish
-Being pissed off - in battle/war mode
-My nightly coffee (*kind of ironic I know)
-My hand in my pants if I'm wearing any (like Al Bundy)
-Stress/anxiety
-My computer turned on (though I have passed out several times at one)
-Being bitten by mosquito's (yes, I have slept outside before/doghouse, lol)
-While brainstorming ideas (happens regularly)
-In other people homes -strange environments
-Without some noise (tv, radio...something other than silence)
-Meditation (although I do this awake too)
-Animals (not stuffed ones - preferably!)
-Exhausting my daily energy supply (which sometimes takes days, lol)

I'm sure there are several more, these are the short version.

I cannot sleep without switching off the lights. I wonder how most people can sleep easily even when the lights are on however, I find it difficult to sleep like that.

Same thing with me. When I'm working in night shift before, I used to put an eye patch when I'm sleeping.
