Xfinity Updrade nice.. Phone? not so nice.
So who else got the email from Xfinity (comcast) about the speed increases today? I went from 25 Mbps download speeds to 57 Mbps (as per speedtest). Hell ya!! That's pretty amazing 
On another note, a couple months ago I added their cable phone service to my bundle. I had to get their EMTA modem that allows for the phone service (this was a complete pain the ass and I literally spent hours trying to get the dam thing, buyer beware). Since I've got the modem installed, I seem to lose internet at least 1 time a week and have to hard reset the modem and of course my router after doing the modem reset.
Anyone else have the EMTA modem? Any issues or do I have bum hardware?
