The first IM course I bought was Cory Rudl's "Insider's Secrets".
And, one of the success stories he demonstrated on a video was the guy I saw on HGTV's House Hunters.

    Yeah, I think Cory was a 'guru' before there were gurus.
    To add insult to injury on his death, he was a passenger,
    Personally, I'm not in a car going 160 unless I'm behind the wheel.
