Quite new.

Am I allowed to post a 'graphics contest'?

Needing a logo, few smaller images and a banner, I can post the requirements etc just I'd like to know 1) If it's allowed on this forum? and 2) Which forum would be the best.

Any help appreciated.

I am not sure whether there are forums for this but believe 99designsdotcom can be the ideal choice for you. Lots of professional designers are there in the panel to complete your task.
