Trailer for Season 7 - Last Episode

Doctor Who- The Name Of The Doctor- TV Trailer- BBC One - YouTube

Check out the Prequel, I don't think they aired this on tv.

The last episode of the season was amazing. The Wisper Men have to be one of the coolest looking enemy ever. I liked how they went through The Past Doctor's and added clara to it. I think the next season is going to be about how The Doctor became the last Time Lord. Man I can't wait to see it!

What do you think?

Oh and the one thing I misses When did River die? I thought she was still alive until they mentioned it in the episode.

I am an avid Dr Whovian.
I also didn't know River had died...but maybe she hadn't at that point...it was quite confusing from a time perspective and it also opened up a lot of new angles....a 9th Dr and a 12th Dr...and John Hurt.... (Spoilers)...... yes. I saw the episode last night and loved it. The impossible girl was intriguing too.

What if they're not stars? What if they are holes poked in the top of a container so we can breath?

Maybe she died at the end of season 6, I wasn't really into the show at that time.

Yeah, have to admit, l have been going off the series a bit, (getting sick of it being a horror story, and the doctor acting like a twit, instead of a genius).

The start sucked me in, seeing some of the pre doctors was pretty cool, although l thought by now he would have found a way to get Pond and her boyfriend out of the horror movie, statue hotel nightmare by now???

          Maybe next season?

          Serious spoiler, next line, !!!

It will be good to have another actor or doctor in the next one!

River Song died in the first episode she appeared, which was The Library with David Tennent (Doctor 10).

However, it seems like that they are cleaning River Song from the timeline, even though she should be getting younger as the Doctor gets older.

This was the last Dr. Who episode I saw.

It scored 10/10 on the creepy scale.

Been watching it since the 60s, often from behind the sofa in those days . Been struggling to keep interested lately though, in between madly complicated or lacklustre stories and characters becoming less and less appealing. Much preferred the Davies/Tennant era. Or when the Daleks/Cybermen were actually scary .

I love the complicated stories that span over several episodes or seasons.

I saw some of the earlier stuff on PBS when I was in my twenties, but I haven't missed an episode since the show restarted.

I actually prefer the episodes with Matt Smith as The Doctor.

Some of my favorites with Matt Smith are:

        * "The Pandorica Opens", and part two, "The Big Bang".

        * "The Doctors Wife".

        * "A Good Man Goes To War".

        * "The Wedding of River Song".

        * "The Name of the Doctor".

Yep, the doctor acting like a nut with ADD, instead of a composed genius, is off-putting.

The ultra complex storyline, isn't too bad, but l prefer a more linear storyline, (back to the future 2 was good, but gave me a bit of a headache).

This doctor is my favourite; "Seeds of doom", as well as many others from this doctor, were the best!

The Seeds of Doom (TV story) - Tardis Data Core, the Doctor Who Wiki

The one with him and his time lord assistant and the dog, which were tracking down the time disturbance in Paris, and the highlight was watching a chicken go from an egg to a living chicken then waste away was pretty cool!

          Couldn't find the video?

These days are headache creating series, (temporal mechanics, l thought that Star Trek was bad) hyped out doctors, (which had to box up his entire race, to stop the dilek, big mistake overall) and a slimy creating lurking around the corner somewhere.

If a doctor who show, comes up now with the usual slimy creatures, l will give it a miss.

Sounds like they are going for the lounger demographic for the latest series and knocking out the older generation what grew up with him; so it's becoming more of a horror movie than well thought of storyline!

PS can anyone post the links to the doctor, with the watch, l don't think that AU, got to see him at all???

Hmmm, found the start, but there doesn't seem to be any more available, no doubt someone in England has seen these ones!

Great episodes... My favorite with Matt Smith are:

          * "The Beast Below" (because the ending makes Amy Pond awesome)
          * "Vincent and the Doctor" (again because of the ending)

I will say that David Tenant is the reason that Matt Smith
and all of Doctor Who has a budget for things like special effects, LOL

          I have:
          1. Seen every episode
          2. Read every book
          3. Listened to almost every cassette and CD

So, I've really come to appreciate that every actor brings something
different to the table... Some I am going to like more than others.
And sometimes the stories will be good or not-so-good, and sometimes
it will be brilliantly and fantastically awesome.

And I think this perfectly sums up the last three Doctors:

Yeah, the episodes with David Tenant are the best, in my opinion. Although Matt Smith has his moments too. The episode where The Doctor changed from Tennant to Smith makes me cry every time I see it.

            The writing is simply brilliant.
