There is good and bad news here.

The move that I am having is only "internal within the "company" campus", so to speak, not out to a freestanding apartment by my friends place. So I will be staying in the building at all costs.
Good news now. The "internal" apartment will be BRAND NEW. Just shiny new and never lived in. I go directly "down the HALL" so to speak right into the new apartment. I retain the same oldy-moldy, "music" address. No address change so to speak.
So I am slightly "pinched" but happy at the same time. Bruised rose petal, but still smelling fresh.
