I go to Vegas once a year, usually in September, and I ALWAYS see Pete Rose at the Shoppes at Caesar's Palace signing autographs. It is like a running joke with my brother and wife. This is awesome!

That's one reason Stan Musial hated him.
But, Stan would always make a point to sit next to him
when they were at the same event.

I once read that Mickey Mantle was pretty close to broke and made a miraculous financial recovery when he started selling his sig. Nice work if you can get it.

My cousin is a very close friend of Pete.
He's a great guy but, when it comes to money all bets are off.
    (No pun intended).

More power to him. Any time I put my signature on something, it costs me money.

Pete Rose is supposed to get a reality show from TLC because he is reportedly with a nice looking ex-Playboy playmate and someone thought that might make for interesting TV.

Seven figures signing your name and having people watch you. Great gigs huh?

He had a show - and it was canceled. He's not great on TV.

I didn't like Pete years ago when I lived in Cinci. His behavior was typical of many famous sports stars and movie stars at that time.

Today I see Pete Rose as a good guy. I ran into him at a Reds game in Cinci last year and he was friendly and funny and outgoing. I admire his ability to earn a living in spite of being banned from the only thing in life he was great at doing.

I think the punishment has gone on too long and I'd really like to see Pete in the Hall of Fame at some point. Oddly, as a person I think he's become more than he would have been without the scandals.

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

I met Nolan Ryan one day at a dog track. He gave about twenty autographs to
kids and never charged them a dime. Pete Rose would have charged the same kids
    parents $50.00 bucks.

Two great ball players, but only one is an off the field kid's role model IMO

I'm glad he's making good money and he may be a great guy but...
