Is global warming real or a scam? :confused:


Interesting video.

Happy Sunday-Venturing back out into the real world until 10pm or so. It's kinda fun sometimes. Sundays are slow on the wf anyway.

        Let's put it this way, you have a roof in your home that has large holes in it. You fail to see it because you're looking down on other things that matter to you. You realize too late that you see the difference when it rains or when it's hot at home. And then you point fingers as to who should have done something about it. If you haven't noticed, there used to be cyclones or hurricanes, but now we also have huge storms especially down south. If only we were not so stubborn to realize that we need to act fast. Not when the problem is already there. If the melting of the ice up north and south of the poles isn't a sign for you then I pity your lack of foresight.

        It will not be an immediate short term problem affecting us . But it is slowly affecting lots of parts of the world within the next century . It could help if we can take steps to lessen its effect so , people 100 years after don't curse us .

          Sorry, I can't take this pole in light of the video slanting it.

          Is global warming real? It got hot - while the sun was more active. It might get hot again, when the sun gets more active. Many of the effects portrayed as warming are not really due to warming. We very actually could be experiencing some warming during a cooling trend as easily as we can experience cooling during a warming trend. Our climate has always swung back and forth. The water now is due to a La Nina, which is a periodic cycle not a warming trend. In a few more years we will be back to El Nino.

          Ice movement during increased seismic activity and plate movement? Gee, who'd have thunk it?

          Desertification caused by warming? Uh...no..that is purely human caused.
          Heating due to microwave grids maybe? CO2 always rises after warming starts - but a microwave grid isn't going to cool us down by any way shape or means. Seems that people just suddenly don't "get" irradiation.
          That's okay though because if theories about what HAARP is doing hold any water, we are going to have whatever weather they damned well want us to. Can they do that? Look at weather control legislations and you decide.

        Are we experiencing global warming? Sorta.

        We've been dumping airborne chemicals that is artificial ergo unknown to the earth. We have the same amount of water on the planet since the days of the dinosaurs, BUT this airborne chemical junk has built up in the upper troposphere and is basically clogging the flow of frozen water coming to the earth...ergo: weather pattern changes, polar ice caps melting, etc.
