        Yep, hard to tell how much of this is true, although there are plenty of credible reports of UFO's rising out of the water, (mainly military).

        From what l heard Julia Estrange and his team wanted to drag this through the courts to expose this to the world. They had eye witnesses, etc and up to a million sheets of related faxes, documents, etc, and seemed poised, but 85% of their funding got blocked by US interests.

        It was illegal, but the block is still in place, and they are using what they have left, to fight this!

        Interesting to see what they were planning, when the funding issue gets resolved?
