How to "say thanks"

How do you say thanks to a member for something they have posted? CANNOT FIND ! I'm thinking its because my account is too new or i'm just blind and not trying hard enough.

Obviously whoever tells me is gonna get thanked haha.

edit: no post count in this forum so im guessing I won't be able to thank anyone but the help will still be much appreciated.

      I was tickled to see you excited about being able to thank someone, so I thought why should it stop there? He needs to experience getting a thanks as well. And I wanted to be the one to give you that experience.
