Little PSY - Now this is really irritating!

Remember the little kid at the beginning of the Gagnum Style video? My 9 year old daughter has become obsessed with him and become his fan recently. This is not cute, this is horrible, what an obnoxius little runt. I am really getting sick of this Gangnum Style craze. I see kids dancing on the street all the time as they were stray dogs trying to pee.

Looks like the Japanese version Brittany Spears, Beyonce, and every other cookie-cutter, choreography that's being passed as music these days.

    And, yeah, definitely obnoxious!

LMAO -- looks like you're experiencing empathy training, Derek. Remember the Beatles? Hmmm - that might be a generation to far back for ya...um......how bout nose and eyebrow piercing?

    What goes around comes around.

Derek, I think it's kind of funny that you rant about this kid and then post three videos of him. Are you secretly on his promotional team?

I heard this kid and Honey Boo Boo were going to star in their own show together.

Of course I'm kidding about that Honey Boo Boo thing! lol

Those 3 videos are my daughter's favorites.

Can anyone tell me how to explain to her about what's going on at 2'42" in the first video?

When they were in the Mickey Mouse Club, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera did stuff that was for children. But in this case, his acts are intended for adults but children are attracted to him because he is child.

Well, you are the parent and have to talk to her about your expectations for her, what she can and cannot do. Maybe those videos just need banned.

Kids see and learn about way too many inappropriate things far too early and that tends to take away their carefree childhood. If her friends are also watching those, perhaps you could speak to their parents with your concerns. That way, assuming the other children's parents agree, she won't be the only one that can't watch them.

I knew some people who didn't even let their kids watch television while they were young.

Wow, I thought I had it rough. Now I feel better about my son, 3, incessantly demanding that I play videos like this instead of Deep Purple and stuff I used to listen to:

Indeed, was genuinely the worst era of music I think in the past 20 years!

My daughter would not be exposed to that if I could help it.
Explain that that's not how she wants to conduct her life...
