Interestingly, surprisingly(?), it turns out the most romantic singers are actually male bats. Whoda thunk?

Male bats appear to be the sexy singers of the animal world: they have learned to vocalize in a specific way to attract females, but once they have their attention, they change their tune -- literally. They then produce a more creative array of sounds to entertain and keep the females interested, according to new research conducted at Texas A&M University.

  Really? When hubby starts singing, I mostly just smile and wink at him, but sometimes I break out in laughter like when he tried to sing The Cars' "Let's Go" and sang, She's got wonderful eyes and a whiskey mouth rather than risque mouth.
  
  And then there was the time he tried to sing Benny and the Jets by Elton John and it came out as Ja-Ja-Jenny and the bets. I laughed and then asked him in a mock accusatory way, Um, so who's Jenny and what are these bets?!!? Haha!
