I think the best hangover food is eggs or toast. I am sure everyone has a special remedy they use for the next day. I use to love triscuits and cheese for a hangover!

I never drink any alcoholic beverages in my life, so I have no idea.
But I wake sometimes up with pain in my head and I noticed when my wife stops speaking it really helps. )))

Seriously, I hear that alcohol hydrate your body and also your head, so I would say start drinking a lot of water.

Water and lots of it. Hangovers are due to dehydration.
A full English breakfast as mentioned could work too, with a few tall glasses of water but a long sleep afterward.
When all else fails, hair of the dog can sometimes be the only curable option or suffer dearly.

There was a restaurant in my college town that served giant low quality burritos. If you weren't plastered then they were inedible, but drunk people would go there in flocks.
