This is a story that will touch you in many ways. Many of us I believe have guardian angels and look over us in many ways. But rarely are they seen until now. This story is amazing,

Video won't play in AU, but l believe you!

True they tend to offer help, when we are at wits end!

Although others we know that have passed over do as well.

PS expect some skeptical WF members to give their views, probably with the usual capital letters!

Of course I believe in Guardian Angels!!

I could share a true life and death experience of my own with you, but as FusionFinish stated above, it would be in violation of the forum rules.

@Tagiscom... are you inferring that I am some kind of skeptic??

Shane answered this pretty well, actually, but I agree. Telling an experience you had and what you think happened or what it meant is a lot different from interpreting an experience and then telling anyone who disagrees that they are morons.

If I had a guardian angel I hope it would be considerate enough to not let a drunk driver crash into me in the first place. Also I don't believe you have to be that word beginning with R to believe in guardian angels.

EDIT: I should say I don't believe discussing whether you believe in guardian angels or not has to involve the word beginning with R, the same as if you were talking about ghosts. But maybe I'm wrong.

No offence, but this discussion can't go anywhere without irritating everyone, and getting the thread deleted.

We've tried this kind of subject before...

Irritating everyone? We've gotten pretty shallow if that's the truth.

Something strange went on there - very strange. A time traveler who came back to pull her through because of something extremely important relating to her survival, a guardian angel, An actual live priest from the church not that far from the road that didn't want recognition and was able to slip in and out without notice during the commotion of saving a life?

There's many explanations for this one - and most are just as bizarre as the next. To think we are sooooo self-righteous that we can't answer that simple question without starting a feud is just downright disgusting to me.

What do I think he was? Not a clue - but it was very convenient timing for him whatever he was - he seems to have saved her life.

Sal; It was wrong of me to say this this discussion would irritate everyone.
I'm just glad to see that you aren't irritated.

I'm not irritated over a probably very slight exaggeration.

What's interesting about this case is that there were multiple witnesses, including the first responders. This means it's not a religious discussion but a discussion of an actual event.

Interpretations may be religious, but it seems that we are dealing with something empirical here. This might be a portend of something changing in our world. Again, this could be explained in a traditionally religious way, but there are other interpretations as well.

From what you have said, no, l was referring to the ones, that make "ghosts don't exist" statements, and then go on to tell everyone who has had a similar experience, that they are delusional, etc.

Or saying since they know how the universe works, (which no one does) that if they say ghosts don't exist they can't.

Then the ones that believe, or have seen a few, then try to convince the skeptics that won't believe even if you tie then up to a chair in a Poltergeist house, and they watch the cutlery fly that this stuff is real.

Then the discussion does down the mod, closed thread argument path, about who is really delusional and who isn't?

I could site some personal examples, but couldn't be bothered with the inevitable, ostrich-head-in-sand, comments!

Yep, tell everyone here, that you saw your deceased relative walk through your house as clear as day, and the skeptics, will dredge up the inevitable, "how your mind tricks you" and "how our minds interprets things" and then of course the mental illness, or delusion ones!

But if you have zero mental illness, and others that are relatively sane have similar experiences, then the conversation goes down the "are skeptics just plain scared"?

After that the skeptics tend to go down the rage path, with the colorful grammar.

True Sal, people that disagree, could be called that, but l tend to think that fear of the unknown, or turning their belief systems on their heads, or attacking their core identity is the real reasons for their stubborness.

Best to wish them the best and walk away.

Well, maybe after using some well selected words, then wish them the best and walk away!

There is no such thing like "Guardian Angels" that exist in real life. They are just the part of old stories for making them interesting.

I openly believe that everyone is born accompanied with a guardian angel. I don't have anything else to say, except that this is a very interesting thread you have here, craigslist.

Hmm... Do you have any screen/vid cap software such as Camtasia or snaggit 11...? to record the vid and then post it for the benefit of those who can't see it? Any/all links intact of course. Would that be ok & legal?
