And when you sit all day, almost everyday, well... it's worse.
You have to encourage ease in your blood flow to maintain a strong level of creativity...
...so you can make more money.
Here's what you do:
Buy yourself a mini-trampoline. Put it near your desk. Get up every hour out of your chair and jump (with your knees to your navel - running in place) for five minutes. This generates massive oxygenation and helps "push" blood - where it's stuck.
Buy yourself a yoga mat and strap. Put it near your desk. Get on your back and put the strap around the ball of your feet - with your leg straight up in the air. Pull. This helps release some of the congestion in your veins and arteries. There's other stuff you could here, but just doing this alone will help move blood and spread nutrition.
Lastly...
Get on your back with your knees bent over a chair. This makes it so the heart doesn't have to pump blood as hard. And you aren't using any muscles - like if your legs were straight up, pressed against the wall. Stay in this position for 10 - 20 minutes. This helps get your body out of chronic stress mode - making your work massively more productive.
Drinks tons of water.
Rinse and repeat every hour.
Seriously.
