That would be judge Dipsh^t, imposing her religious views on other people through the misuse of her office.

Totally illegal and unconstitutional. Grounds for dismissal in my opinion.

  • Whole story sounds like dumb and dumber. Silly ruling -but if you take up a court's time because you can't agree on your own child's last name....you probably won't draw the brightest judge in the system.

    • Ok, WHAT did they want as a last name? OF THE EARTH? OF THE WORLD? OF THE UNIVERSE? BESIDES, you KNOW is it is likely NOT a regular last name(paternal, maternal, or hyphenated related names), because he has two siblings!

      And did anyone ask them the REAL reason why they wanted to name the kid messiah? GEE, I'm glad my name is taken to have only a relatively marginal mention in the bible.
