I WAS FALSELY HARASSED FOR CR INFRINGMENT!

I got an automated call. In the back of my mind, I WONDERED how they got the number, but wanted to STOP this. I went where they claimed I could, and there was NO such option. I tried to gt to someone and FINALLY did, but they found NOTHING. I SUSPENDED my service, since I was 100s of miles away and had no control. A few weeks later, I get the SAME kind of phone call. AGAIN, they say that they know NOTHING about it. They search and search and search!

FINALLY we got an answer! The phone number was assigned to someone else ENTIRELY, on their system, and THEY supposedly had the problem. Maybe I should have used that number from the get go to get to the root of the problem. I DID always give it to them I WAS always stressed out and tired when looking at that though.

It goes to show though. THEY may get in trouble for not responding, and someone could have tracked that number to me, and I could have gotten in trouble.

    I get those automated calls at times too.

    I don't answer them.

    That's pretty much the end of it at that point and I just continue with my day.

    Have I missed something? Hang on, I've got a witheld number coming through, back in a sec....
