How To Lose Weight - Weight Loss Tool

I have been using this tool lately which you may have heard of:

MyFitnessPal

Lost 2KG in about 4 days already. Its all healthy weight loss, its basically a calorie calculator with a massive database of food, there is a forum, exercise database, ad app for your phone and all sorts of other daily tools.

Can honestly say its easy, realistic and free. What more do you want.

All im doing is walking in the morning, following my daily calorie goal and am spreading the balance of calories throughout the day. Easy.

Today however I decided to also try an intermittent fasting method, lets see how hat goes.

        Not necessarily. She may just be very happy eating cakes and burgers all day.

        My auntie is enormous and she wouldn't use that. It induces a healthy lifestyle.

    How many calories are you under your maintenance?
    Although you lost 2kg in 4 days, a lot of that is probably water. Weigh yourself every week (or every other week) to get a better view of where your at.

    Try to keep your calories around 500 under your maintenance.

    All the weight loss plans are to be treated with exact understanding of the food habits of the person. Some people are fat not because of eating too much. I suggest You better get a wellness coach to understand you better and suggest an appropriate method.

    Hello,
    I have another idea. If you burn 500 more calories than you eat every day for a week , you should lose about 1-2 pounds and also if you want to lose weight faster , you'll need to eat less and exercise more.

        There's nothing magic about it. It is just information. You still have to have the self-control to actually eat less, based on the information you now have.

        Do that, and the rest is easy.
