Waiting For Support Is Really Aggravating

When I run into technical glitches not of my doing with no generic solutions, waiting for technical support is a form of torture. Much of the time they are not even helpful, giving answers to suggest that they didn't even properly comprehend my question, though it was carefully phrased with simple words to ensure that the most dense of my brethren would understand what I'm asking.

    Hi there,

You might find the Google a great help in most support related cases. Chances are very high that someone has come across the same issue as you and might even have a video tutorial on how to fix the problem.

    All the best,

    Sasha.

Yeah, I often have to Google it. Often it is a matter of collective puzzle pieces from different places. I don't usually find videos that neatly present solutions, but sometimes yes.

The danger of outsourcing is sometimes the person on the other side assumes ignorance and tries to take you for a ride. I guess it would be less annoying if I was so clueless that I didn't pick it up.
