WF message inbox error

Hi,

do some of you also have this private message error displaying?

It shows that I have reached 100% of my inbox volume although I still have room for 3 messages...

Can maybe mods solve this problem?

  • You can join the War Room and increase your message capacity.

    You can delete messages to make room - your "sent" messages count as well as messages received.

    Yes; it's a "known bug". It takes a while to catch up with itself, sometimes. When it's telling you that your mailbox is at 100% and there's still actually room for new messages, if anyone sends you a new message it will actually be received, in spite of the erroneous "100% warning".

    But joining the War Room is a sensible and good thing to do anyway, quite apart from giving you a message capacity of 400/500/600 or whatever it is, these days.

  • You can delete one of the sent messages and it returns to normality. At least that's what I used to do.
