What Is Mexican Time?

I recall how in Argentina, you just add 4 hours to whatever time you arrange to meet someone or do something. What is the formula for Mexico?

Sounds about right - it's the time between eating some really hot spicy chili verda and the first urgent visit to the restroom. 4 hours is about right.
