[HELP] For Everyone, Essp Those With Filipino VA's

As someone with A Filipino VA myself (the ever reliable Su - the most loyal and hardworking VA you could hope to find) the recent events have been disturbing. Worry about the safety of those you care about and the simple need to reach out and try and help another human being in need all bubbke to the surface. A time for a little humility and maybe, if possible, to do something practical to help.

To my shame I had to be reminded by a regular correspondant (Dave Aston - hi Dave - top work my friend) to do this.
Here's the email he sent me a few minutes ago.
Please take this in the humanitarian manner in which it is sent:

Hi Guys,
Sorry for the email as I know you as busy as hell, but after all the news about the typhoon in the Philippines and knowing alot of SEO guys hire Filipino workers, is there anything we can do individually or as a whole?

My VA is located in the least hit bit, but says if the rain doesn't subside soon where she lives, the street are going to flood and have started to. Her husband's family is in the worst hit part and no contact as yet.
At this point, I can only donate through the websites below or see if I can help my VA in anyway I can. (practically, its a donation or short of hopping on a plane.)

Is it worth even a post on your blogs to push other SEO's to donate something?
I will post on SEO forums today to see if there is some response, but personally feel responsible for my VA in some small way, even if its a token donation.

Just wanted your thoughts on this and possible ways forward.
