Looking For A Member On Here: Project Was Abandoned: HELP!

If you could let me know a better place to post this I would appreciate that.

I'm looking for member OpenBookSupport. He did several projects for me. I have his Skype, 2 eMails and 2 of his Facebook pages(1 may not be him).

I've tried to get a hold of him, but with no luck. His USA name is Jack, but where he is at in Egypt, it's his country name. You can look him up with the Advanced Search feature looking for openbooksupport.

If you know how to get a hold of him, I would very much be thankful. I would love to work with him again, but feel I am being ignored. So I am trying to get a hold of him not because I want him to do more work, of which I do, but to see if he has some files of mine from his prior work he did with me.

I see he has not been here in a long while except to tell his viewers he's only working on certain projects only.

Please help! :confused:

    You Skyped him, found him on Facebook and sent him a PM on this forum, you did all you can do and none of us here have a magical formula for locating members that go missing.

    "Why"? off my radar? Look at his last thread and his last replies. He fell of EVERYONE'S radar...in the event you are trying to insinuate something.

    As for the "magical formula" reply, that didn't help much. Maybe he doesn't come here anymore? Maybe I have his old contact info??

    Maybe someone here knows him and is contact with him?

    Sorry LastWarrior you probably won't like my answer either.

    However I think it is clear that the guy does not wish to be disturbed because he is busy working on something right now.

    "I see he has not been here in a long while except to tell his viewers he's only working on certain projects only."

    So that wouldn't just be just you he is ignoring - He is just not available right now.

    I would wait a few weeks or until you see him back around and then try to approach him again.

    There are people here who find the forum so compelling and distracting from their work that they actually ask to be banned temporarily - So this guy is just trying to focus on whatever he is doing right now.

    p.s. don't be offended by the snarky remarks - this is the basement - we have no class.

      I think most likely what you said is correct and have thought that myself. I own a few different businesses and know what it's like to be busy. However, I've never been so busy I couldn't answer a quick question. As that's how I've worded it in my communications to him.

      I've told him in my unanswered emails, Skype and messages through FB that I ONLY have a few questions. He has created work for me and I need those files. He's been paid.

      I appreciate your direct, clear and humorous reply.

        PLEASE! Has anyone heard from this guy? And I hate to say "guy" because him and I have done many projects together. I have folders, website folders, .index.html, etc, that he has of mine and several other graphics and pictures in photoshop.... that belongs to ME that I'd like to get from him. That's it! I'd LOVE to work with him more, but if he is no longer working in those areas, at least contact me to talk.

        I have 2 of his emails, 2 of his payment processor emails and his Skype. I've tried to contact with with NO luck. I'd say he's HIDING from me without question! Is that good business? We know it's not.

        If anyone here knows how to contact him, PLEASE let me know!

          From what you have posted on this forum it seems you've been trying to establish contact now for 16 months. Maybe there's a reason he isn't interested in answering? Let it go.
