I mean people who don't live in usa, because in USA every one have to pay Taxes
So I people how live for example India, Pakistan or Russia pays taxes of online income?

    I've heard of places pay their CITIZENS taxes! I mean citizens GET money from the government! So not everyone in the world pays taxes. HECK, in the US, at one point, NOBODY domestically paid taxes! and when one government tried to impose taxes on tea, people in the US threw it into the harbor!

      In India, Pakistan, Bangladesh people do not give directly on online income. But when they earn and spend that money, they give tax.
