Hey guys, Im wondering if anyone in this forum works out? Does it help your mood and increase your internet marketing productivity? Im 20 and because i spend all my time internet marketing, i never leave my flat except to go to the supermarket.

I think working out will help me increase my mental health but not too sure. Anyone have experience with this?

    Yup,

I worked out 1 hour a day from when I was 16 to I was 18-19. I can tell you that I had a much better "mental health" then, than now. I had to quit because of a major back injury.

I stick mainly to 12 ounce curls. Does wonders for my mood.

Raising a child is akin to knowing you're getting fired in 18 years and having to train your replacement without actively sabotaging them.

Bugger! You beat me to it.

I guess that means I've been Riffled (thanks to Claude for that one).

Why do garden gnomes smell so bad?
So that blind people can hate them as well.

        Your biceps must rock!

I can't find any decent beers in 40s or I'd move up. I occasionally do 16 and 24 ounce curls, but I'm in a light weight cycle right now.

In my experience working out doesn't really help work productivity, but it does help release stress and it makes you slightly happier in general.

Some fat people I am sure are exceedingly good at their work.
You can squeeze in more hours if you do a minimalist workout.

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of malt liquor... I stick to mainly 12oz curls myself. There are some pretty good 24oz beers out there though.

I don't lift a whole lot, but I'm pretty heavy into "cardio"... mostly mountain biking. The cardio most definitely helps with mood & overall sense of well-being. Not sure about the anaerobic stuff though.

I used to exercise daily up until a few years ago.

These days I'm way too lazy to lift anything over the size of a cheese-steak sub.

I still walk a few miles several times per week... But no more lifting or high intensity interval cardio.

PS: Exercising is great, does improve your mental state, will make feel better physically, and it feels really cool to have an impressive musculature.

But it's a lot of work, energy, and time.

At the end of the day... I find gyms to be really unappealing these days and would prefer to tackle some hiking trails instead.
