Anyone Use Lending Club?

Hello,

Is anyone using or has used Lending Club for a loan before? If so what are pro or cons?

I have been receive letters in the mail and I was thinking of taking a loan out to pay of credit cards and get a lower rate.

    I think it would be hard to get a lower rate than you have on your credit cards. I went loan shopping with a few different sites and Lending Club has a pretty high interest rate, as does Prosper. If your need is great and so is your faith in your ability to recoup the money to pay the loan then do what you need to do. But if your credit is OK you might be better off opening an account at a credit union, for instance, and applying for a card or loan from them.
