Hello,

I'm currently working in a factory for 10-12 hours a day breathing in harmful dust all day. I desperately am trying to find something different and need a change badly.

Are there legitimate work from home full-time jobs WITH health benefits, 401k, etc? I'm hopeful and would work hard but I'm not expecting to make to 6 figures online immediately in a get rich quick scheme or anything like that. I'm looking for a secure, legitimate job.

Please, any help or information any can give, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks so much.

The only hope you have is to find a brick and mortar company that allows you to work from home. I have never seen a company like you are seeking that strictly exists online.

WOW! Your requirements SUGGEST you are in the US, but you don't narrow it down.

You would probably be better off deciding what skills you have and where they would be useful, and finding a site that can match a person with those skills to businesses or people looking for them. To go RIGHT from a harmful factory to a clean(as in you won't get your hands dirty) job with health benefits and a 401K might be a stretch.

I worked in a factory and understand what you are talking about.

If you have been at the company for a while and they like you,
then look for non-factory opportunities. A friend of mine is very well
liked by her company and they decided to let her work from home.
Sometimes she has to go to the office though.

I hope you are in the USA for most of my answer to have meaning.

It does have to be a real company that allows people to telecommute (Key word).

One market is companies that outsource their customer service. You have to have
a quiet work area, fast enough internet, beefy enough computer and some good
    noise cancelling headphones...

I don't know if 1 800 Flowers directly hires people to work from home, but
companies like that (that take a lot of phone orders) are ones to check. Often
companies like that go through a company like Alpine Access, Kelly Services,
Manpower, or Aerotek (temporary or temporary to hire.)

If you have web skills, you could look into becoming a Virtual Assistant (VA).
Something you could do on your own, or through an agency that provides VAs.

Other kinds of freelancing - on your own or through agencies - are available,
    depending upon your skill set.

Other things you could look into are sales and manufacturers repping.

Records searching for title companies may be still another choice.
