I recently made decision that I will succeed this month or no more IM and started using laptop more than before like 15hrs a day or so. Now my right hand fingers couldn't touch the touch pad. Is it due to over use? any incident?

Change and get a mouse. A possible movement can tempolary paralyze a part of the body if the nerve is blocked. Start moving your hands and get a mouse.

Really? I didn't think that bad things could happen from using laptop. I am using my left hand anyways.

Get a mouse and a gel wrist pad attached to the mouse pad. Then get yourself some rub like a Biofreeze for putting on your fingers. Make sure your hands are propped up at night on a thin pillow of their own. See your doctor to find what is recommended for pain such as Ibuprofen or if you should soak your hands in warm water and learn hand exercises from a rehab. Your muscles might just be rebelling from too many repetitive motions.

Perhaps you could also look into getting Dragon on your computer and just talk after you have trained it for your voice instead of using your hands.

Any possibility that your laptop is really too small and crowded so it doesn't really fit you?

Anything that you do too much can cause repetitive strain injury and computers are notorious for these problems. Try alternating hands. I do that and it helps heaps.
Don't spend as much time online. Take more breaks.

Get yourself a squeeze ball and have a go at that now and again in-between using the touchpad.

That IS a symptom of CTS! The tendons are bigger and more active so THEY usually hurt first, but it ALSO affects blood flow and nerves. CTS is brought on by wear caused by excessive use of the hands in an adverse position in relation to the arms. The Carpel Tunnel is in the middle the bottom of your wrists. If you feel that area, while you move the fingers, you can feel the tendons, that connect muscles in your forearms to your fingers, move.

Yep, touchscreens have the same issue that the astranauts have with their space suits!

Or when Buzz Aldrin, was on the Moon he would complain of sore finger or finger nails, because of pressure on the hard plastic of the spacesuit for the fingers!

As others have said, get a mouse.

I have a Laptop and use a small Logitech cordless mouse.

I find if l do too much repetitive movements my right arm will get sore! But cutting corners, with movements, (use the PGUP, or PGDN buttons to scroll, etc, help.

A large mouse, or more ergonomic mouse may help slightly, but the same thing will happen over time!

Just try to avoid repetitive movements that develop this issue, get a mouse and take time out when your arms start to rebel!
