Who/Where Do I Contact For Warrior Forum Technical Problem

I'm having a problem with my Warrior Forum PM Messages. Basically, the "Your Notifications" link (top right under my name) is staying active and I get a window pop up every time a new page loads.

      It's not precisely new, but it only happens every few months now. (Crossing fingers.)

      The posts and PMs work, but the index doesn't update, so it looks like nothing happened. Once they are online and aware of it , it's a pretty quick fix, apparently.

    Same here. Im experiencing the same problem.

    The PM box is showing messages as unread even though I've read them, so it keeps annoyingly displaying a popup notification box. If I select the message and click "Mark as read", it doesn't do anything.

      I had the same issue with the PM system - I was getting PM's in my email but not on the forum. Once I contacted technical support they deleted all of my outbound PM's (still under the total of 500) and fixed it. Now it looks like the database is down for maintenance so I can't bring that up . . . hope they fix this soon.
