International Information Management System
Hi,
We are a small company with less than 10 employees currently. We have a lot of info about procedures, processes etc in all kinds of word & excel files all over the place and we are looking to consolidate this through the use of a good information management system.
Permissions are critical, as a lot of the info. is designed for certain people/departments only and cant be shared with others. I would love to have suggestions about which software we can use for this. We ideally need someone thats hosted online and is free. I am thinking wordpress might be the best option for this but not sure if its possible with wordpress to achieve the level of access management we need?
I will appreciate any ideas/suggestions.
